- Get instructions on post-operative care and diagnosis after consultation
- Get precautions for pre and post-surgery
- View bills, download invoices, and pay through payment links
- Get discharge summary and provide feedback
- Download lab reports
- Download brochures and admission forms
- Access safety-related information post admission
- Raise home collection requests and make payments
- Get access to relevant FAQs
- Capturing user information as per fields mentioned on the website via a webchat interface
- Providing patient and visitor details to the internal team and the acknowledgment to the users
- Providing contact information about department details as captured from the website
- Providing a link that redirects users to the login page to download reports
