I transform the way organizations approach the critical and ever-important process of employee onboarding, ensuring overall employee satisfaction. Equipped with intelligent automation capabilities, I streamline the onboarding process for the HR arm, making it swift, efficient, and personalized. I provide step-by-step guidance to new employees, from authentication and induction to scheduling introductory calls with managers and generating email IDs. By providing round-the-clock support, answering questions, and engaging newcomers in orientation-related activities, I help new employees feel welcome and integrated into the company culture. This results in a more enriched onboarding experience, greater job satisfaction, and ultimately, improved employee retention.
Here’s all that I can do within a training time of 2 – 3 weeks:
- Enable OTP-based authentication for employee onboarding via email
- Authenticate employees by capturing their photos with my face detection and recognition capabilities
- Upload all the relevant documents essential for onboarding, such as letters from previous organizations, PF form, PAN Card, Aadhar Card, bank account details, vaccine certificate, etc.
- Notify the HR and other teams with relevant documents and details of the employees
- Welcome the employees with greetings and give them a lowdown on the organization’s structure
- Provide the employees with an overview of common tools and portals
- Set up calls with the relevant reporting managers
- Notify the IT team and initiate email ID generation for candidates
- Answer queries related to company policies, employee benefits, holidays, etc.
- Assign buddies to the new employees
- Conduct surveys to assess the overall onboarding experience of the employees
- Initiate orientation through introductory videos, presentations and sharing the induction schedule
- Coordinate with the IT team for speedy asset allocation
- Integration with HRMS tools to give user interface to HR department for completing new employee onboarding activities.
